2 Eggs 3/4 cup of Milk 1/2 cup Water 1 cup Flour 3 Tbs. melted Butter (extra butter, cooking oil, spray for the pan)
Blend all ingredients in a bowl or use the blender for a few seconds. Let batter rest in the oven for a few minutes (it allows bubbles to pop avoiding tearing), optional. Put a large pan (crepe pan) on medium heat and coat with spray, butter, or oil. Pour a little batter in the middle of the pan and swirl like crazy! Add a little more batter if it doesn't reach the edges. Cook for about 30 seconds and then flip , and cook for another 30 seconds on the other side. Your done! Eat with strawberries, chocolate, banana, or syrup or whatever you like...Enjoy!
