Keep snack under 200 calories

  1. Light Popcorn 3 measuring cups
  2. Unsalted/unsweetened nuts or seeds ¼ cup
  3. ½ cup roasted chick peas
  4. Fruit : 1 cup cut up or tennis ball size or ½ large
  5. 1 Tbsp. natural nut butter
  6. Raw vegetables cut up – 1 cup
  7. 6 oz. plain greek yogurt
  8. 1/3 cup hummus
